These Terms of Service apply to your use of the RepeatShine website, digital products, downloads, and related services. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. RepeatShine Products

RepeatShine provides digital business tools for mobile detailers and related small detailing operations. Product features, included files, compatibility information, and pricing are described on the applicable product page.

2. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. After a successful order, download access may be provided through Shopify Digital Products and related order communications.

3. License and Permitted Use

Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own internal personal or business operations.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, upload for public download, or provide the purchased files or substantial copies of them to another person or business.

4. Account, Order, and Payment Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including an email address that can receive delivery and order messages. Prices and applicable taxes are shown or calculated during checkout.

5. Compatibility and Local Files

Some RepeatShine products include HTML, XLSX, CSV, or text files. You are responsible for using a compatible browser, spreadsheet application, device, and operating environment as described on the product page. You are also responsible for keeping your own backup copies of downloaded files and business data.

6. No Guaranteed Business Results

RepeatShine provides tools and workflows, not guaranteed business outcomes. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, customer retention, bookings, advertising performance, or any other specific commercial result.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site or products, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the services, or use RepeatShine products in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

RepeatShine and its original product content, software, branding, graphics, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of those rights.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights that apply under law.

10. Third-Party Services

The store may rely on third-party services such as Shopify and payment providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update product files, documentation, site content, pricing, or service features from time to time. We may also correct errors or discontinue an offering. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepeatShine products and services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
